According to a survey of employers conducted in December, companies are projecting salary increases of 4% for the coming year. While this figure represents a slight decline from the 4.4% raises provided in 2023, it remains higher than the average 3% increases seen before the pandemic. The survey suggests that while workers can anticipate salary growth, it will not be as robust as in previous years.
